Keeping a track on staff training

With many working from home and furlough and flexible working, our teams are becoming more fragmented. Whilst for many businesses this will be the new norm going forward, we still need think about our duties relating to staff training. Now is the time to check what training the staff should have been doing, what they have been able to do online and what shortfalls there are. If you haven't already got a system in place for this, a simple spreadsheet with each staff member listed will help you keep track.

More importantly, is there training that they may need now that they didn't before, such as mental health training? In these uncertain times, supporting staff with training will help them to still feel an important part of the team.
