Lee Burbidge, Occupational Therapist

Having undertaken training on the 'First Aid Level 3' course with First Safety Training Services Ltd, I would like to express my thanks. The trainer, Alison Higginson, along with the FSTS team made the learning experience an enjoyable one. The learning materials were presented in a manner that were easy to follow; allowing time for points to be discussed in detail. This in-turn assisted in laying down new learning and making the experience a very inclusive one. Alison made herself available to learners during the allocated break times and was very supportive to all the attendees throughout the day. Thank you all at FSTS.

Best course I ever had. I didn't feel for one second unsure or bored. Alison was the most professional person to 'work with'. From me it's 5 stars.

John Canner, Podiatrist

I am a fully qualified Podiatrist that was looking for somewhere to do my annual basic life training. First Safety Training Services offered me what I was looking for and then some. The office staff were efficient and very helpful when booking my course and the course educator was amazing too. The day was informative and was delivered by a highly qualified instructor who put you at ease and made you feel confident going forward. Therefore, I would highly recommend this company for any training, especially first aid and will be booking on again soon, hopefully with some of my colleagues.
