Recently attended a health and safety workshop which was superbly delivered by Alison, not easy to spend time away from the workplace but found the general health check of what "we currently do" vs what we "need to consider" real beneficial Highly recommended

I have attended a few first aid courses before and this was the most engaging one, I really feel like I've learnt a lot more about first aid than the ones I've had in the past combined. And I think it's mainly because it's not all just information being thrown at you, anything that didn't make sense or seemed confusing we discussed. Not only that, Alison was a really good teacher, she makes you feel very welcome and I found it was really easy to talk to her or ask questions. Thank you so much Alison, for today! 😊💕

Alison gave a very concise and practical training on H&S in the Workplace which gave me a greater understanding and appreciation of things such as risk assessments. Definitely took the mystery away of all things Heath and Safety so thank you Alison!
