I have attended a few first aid courses before and this was the most engaging one, I really feel like I've learnt a lot more about first aid than the ones I've had in the past combined. And I think it's mainly because it's not all just information being thrown at you, anything that didn't make sense or seemed confusing we discussed. Not only that, Alison was a really good teacher, she makes you feel very welcome and I found it was really easy to talk to her or ask questions. Thank you so much Alison, for today! 😊💕

Alison gave a very concise and practical training on H&S in the Workplace which gave me a greater understanding and appreciation of things such as risk assessments. Definitely took the mystery away of all things Heath and Safety so thank you Alison!
