First Aid

Our next Emergency First Aid course is on the 21st May.

The course content includes:

  • The role of the first aider.

  • communicating with a casualty.

  • contents of first aid kits (and avoid cross infection).

  • recording of incidents and accidents.

  • assess the situation and circumstances in order to act safely, promptly and effectively in an emergency.

  • administer first aid to a casualty who;

  1. is unconscious.

  2. requires cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

  3. is choking.

  4. is wounded or bleeding.

  5. is in shock.

  6. has minor conditions - to include: minor cuts, grazes and bruises, minor burns & scalds, small splinter.

  • This course also includes AED machine training.


The qualification that you will receive is a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate, that is valid for 3 years.

This course is only £85 per person.
