"I initially approached First Safety Training Services to complete a Coronavirus risk assessment for my garage. I had put some procedures in place to safeguard the staff and Alison visited and gave me advice as to what still needed to be done and produced the risk assessment as well as list of tips that I could easily follow to make sure the premises was Co-vid safe.

I was so pleased that I asked if Alison could look at a Health and Safety Policy for me.  She visited again, looked at what I had already put in place and spent the day working around the premises, making notes and speaking to staff.  Alison then created a Health and Safety Policy, safe systems of work, risk assessments, COSHH information, fire risk assessment and she also provided a letter detailing what needed to be addressed, such as new fire extinguishers.

Alison is really helpful and knowledgeable and I found the list of what needed to be done really excellent, as it was done in a way that was easy to understand. I will be using Alison going forward to make sure that my Health and Safety is up to date, which is a weight off of my mind."
